I'm concerned that one of your products might not work for me. How do I know I can get my money's worth?
We understand that it is not always possible to know if a product will work or not for you. We therefore offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Within 30 days from the time you purchase a product, if you feel the product is not going to do what you need, or if we are unable to get it working to your satisfaction, we will refund your money. We want satisfied customers, and know we cannot continue in business by causing frustration.
Why don't you offer phone support?
Phone support is expensive and inefficient, especially considering that our customers live in more than half a dozen time zones. We have found email to be the best method so far in providing support for our products - both for us as a small company, and for our customers.
Why did you move from one-time product pricing to yearly subscription pricing?
Our pricing did not adequately cover our ongoing costs of product development and (especially) support. Most of our products have seen multiple free updates, and we are supporting customers who purchased a product four years ago (and no purchases since). Like any business, we have to keep the electric bill paid in order to continue developing, improving and supporting our products.
I see you offer yearly pricing. Can I purchase a product for a shorter term?
In order to keep things as simple as possible, we decided to offer only one subscription term.
Is there any way to get a one-time license for a product?
We are looking into offering a Perpetual license for a substantial price for some of our products. Let us know if you would be interested.
