1. How soon will I get my copy of StoreMan/OrderMan?- Top

You will be automatically sent a download link via email, and a separate email with a license key within 24 hours of ordering. Note that if you supply an email address with spam blocker software on it, your order could be delayed by days as we have to manually intervene and unjam the system.

2. What if I order StoreMan/OrderMan and it doesn't work on my system?- Top

We are committed to helping you setup StoreMan/OrderMan correctly on your system. We do offer a 30 day guarantee, so if we (you and our support staff) are not able to get it working properly with a good faith effort, you can return it and we will refund your purchase price.

3. What OS does StoreMan/OrderMan support?- Top

StoreMan/OrderMan has been extensively tested on these versions of Microsoft Windows:

Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista. However, as computer configuration can affect how or whether an application works, we suggest you install and run the Trial. If the Trial works, so will the retail version of the product.

4. Are you going to offer a Mac/Linux/BeOS/Java/Amiga version of StoreMan/OrderMan?- Top

The short answer is no.

The longer answer is, since StoreMan/OrderMan are Microsoft Access 2003 and VBA based applications, and Access is only available for the Windows platform, that platform is the only one we can offer for StoreMan/OrderMan.

5. What PC configuration do you recommend for use with StoreMan/OrderMan?- Top

We recommend a minimum Pentium 4 PC.

You can get by with as little as 512MB of RAM, but if you have a large amount of products, 1GB is more realistic.

Video size should be 800 x 600 at 16-bit color, but you will be more productive with 1024 x 768 and 24-bit color.

Hard disk space is not a big issue - just make sure you have 50 MB for the StoreMan/OrderMan installation and at least 20 MB for your Merchant store files (or more depending on the size and complexity of your store). - Updated: January, 2009
