I have also found them very easy to work with and responsive to our needs. If you need some work done - small or large projects- I'd put them at the top of my list.

I came across Phosphor Media originally through a Miva module support question, and after multiple interactions, and their willingness to answer questions for me - and others- on the Miva forums I reached out for some small projects. I have to say these guys not only know their stuff, they do great work. I have always found their prices to be reasonable and have never had cause to question the quality of the work or hours billed. I don't question if we should follow his recommendations, I just tell him to do it. The depth of his understanding of our business is incredible. If you are serious about ecomm, listen to these guys! If you are just nibbling around the edges, then find someone else and don't take up these professionals' time.

There seems to be nothing Phosphor Media can't or won't do for their clients. From complex calculators for our home skirting and siding products to the five minute tweak that makes our site 10x easier to use.

Bruce and Gordon also excel at being the 'ecommerce business minds' for us. Translating our business needs into web site actions and making sure we don't just toss out money on the "gotta have" feature which would make no sense for our site.

I've worked with at least a dozen Miva Module developers, designers, what have you...and through my 2+ years of using Miva Merchant, Phosphor Media is easily one of the most helpful and attentive.
