Send a support message from the Miva Admin interface of the module by clicking on the Support link available in every screen. This sends any error logs and valuable information about your settings and system configuration along with any details you provide.

Other:

Send a message via our Easy Contact feature. Click in the box in the lower right corner of any page (Need Help? Got Question) and choose Product Support Questions.
